Our Return & Refund Policy
At Explorica Tour & Travel, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and satisfying travel experience.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise requiring cancellations or modifications.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- cancellation Policy - 50 – 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the package cost.
- 30 – 20 days prior to arrival: 25% of the package cost.
- 20 – 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the package cost.
- 10 – 05 days prior to arrival: 75% of the package cost.
- Less than 05 days / No Show: 100% of the package cost (No refund)
For Christmas & New Year (20th Dec – 5th Jan) or long weekends/festive seasons, bookings will be completely non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by the Company
In rare situations where Explorica Tour & Travel has to cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances,
a full refund or rescheduled trip will be offered at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the same account used during the booking.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Flight tickets, hotel bookings, or services confirmed under special offers or discounted rates are non-refundable.
- Any government or third-party fees are non-refundable once paid.
