All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of your tour. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on our supplier and hotel policies. Non-refundable components such as permits or tickets cannot be reimbursed.

3. Changes to Your Booking

Any amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Explorica will assist wherever possible but cannot guarantee all modifications.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Travellers must ensure they possess valid identification, passports, visas, and permits as required. Explorica is not responsible for denied boarding, delayed travel, or entry refusal due to improper documentation.

5. Health, Safety & Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, laws, and fellow travellers. Explorica reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if a traveller’s conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

6. Liability

Explorica Tour & Travel acts only as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transport companies). We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our control.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, wars, pandemics, or technical failures that may affect travel arrangements.

8. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, health emergencies, and personal belongings before travel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Explorica Tour & Travel. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for booking and service purposes. We respect your privacy and do not share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your travel arrangements.
